received July 5, 2007. The Examiner indicated that a statement regarding the co-ownership of the patent
applications of the Terminal Disclaimer dated January 17, 2007 is required. Accordingly, Applicants state
that the present application, U.S. S.N. 10/822,231, and U. S.S.N. 10/672,280, were commonly owned at
the time this invention was made.

CONCLUSION

In view of the foregoing, it is believed that the claim now pending in this application are in
condition for allowance. Should the Examiner not agree, the Applicant respectfully asks the Examiner to
